Wednesday, June 1, 2011 ![]() We are going on a blind date with... ![]() Nature!? ![]() Yes with mother nature. There we are embarking on our blind date. A silent one. We are supposed to focus on nature silently and do our best not to be distracted, but we all know, its human nature to drift away in our day dreams. ![]() Mother Nature in Dairy farm! ![]() We had to experience the 'dirty' side of mother nature - Mud Well at least we enjoyed eating this leave! Because ittasted like HAM! SERIOUSLY! ![]() But as the saying goes, the grass is much greener on the other side. In this case, it is true! In the 'jungle' we experienced how 'unglamorous' the 'jungle' was. After coming out of the 'jungle' we saw this huge quarry, and our facilitator asked, if one day a contractor wants to take this land to build a condominium would you fight for this piece of land? Many of us said yes we would fight to protect and preserve the natural habitat of this dairy farm, as it is beautiful after all. After the trip to dairy farm we went to the botanical gardens. We were asked to compare between the botanical gardens and the dairy farm, which was more natural, and which one do we prefer more. For myself i think dairy farm seems more natural as it is what it is, untampered by the hands of men. However, as for the botanical gardens it seems less natural because many of the trees and plants are grown by man and planted at specific places in the garden, therefore it seems less natural but it is still nature after all.I personally feel that i want more dates with nature, as i'm falling in love with nature more and more.
